Founded in 2012
As a property investor that purchased homes that required rehabbing, I found that resources were limited with contractors that performed quality work at reasonable rates. I was eager to fuel my motivation by creating a company where I could not only complete my project with quality and care, but help other residential and commercial consumers accomplish the same goal. Thus, Guy & Associates Property Management and Rehabbing LLC, was born.
